This website, matyx.com, is operated by Matyx Agency LLC ("Matyx," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover use of the website and our SMS program; client service engagements are governed by their own agreements.

Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, design, text, graphics, and software that make up this website belong to Matyx or are used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site — including images — without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website:

• for any unlawful purpose, or to send spam;
• to harm, threaten, abuse, or harass anyone, or to invade anyone's privacy;
• to build or update databases, contact lists, or prospecting lists;
• to tamper with, alter, or interfere with the site or how it runs;
• to place an unreasonable burden on our systems; or
• with any automated tool that monitors, scrapes, or copies the site or interferes with its operation.

Content you provide

If you submit content to the site — such as reviews, comments, or testimonials ("your content") — the following applies:

• You grant Matyx an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, adapt, and display your content for our marketing, research, and business purposes, which may include sharing it with our service providers and on social platforms.
• You confirm your content is your own original work (or you're authorized to share it), is truthful, does not violate anyone's rights, contains no malicious code or spam, and clearly discloses any business affiliation if it promotes your own business.
• We are not obligated to publish your content and may remove any content at any time for any reason. We do not pre-screen submitted content; if you believe content on the site violates these requirements, contact us and we will review it.

Third-party links & embeds

The site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party services such as YouTube. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services, and a link is not an endorsement.

SMS program terms

By opting in to the Matyx SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages — such as updates, alerts, and promotional offers — at the number you provided, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and current FCC guidelines.

Consent

• Your opt-in is one-to-one consent to Matyx only. It does not extend to any other company or affiliate, and we will never transfer it to anyone else.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

How to opt in

• Web form: by checking a clearly labeled consent box.
• Text-to-join: by texting JOIN to (405) 442-4453.
• Verbal: where permitted, documented verbal consent.

Frequency, rates & opt-out

• You will receive no more than 3 initial messages per week; frequency thereafter depends on your preferences and interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan; carrier charges are your responsibility.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out — it takes effect immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (405) 442-4453.
• Message delivery depends on your carrier and network; we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We keep timestamped records of opt-ins and opt-outs as required by the TCPA and Campaign Registry guidelines.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We operate this website from the United States; if you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you accept the revised terms — check back from time to time.

Entire agreement & severability

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the website. If a court finds any part invalid, the rest remains in effect.
