This Privacy Policy explains how Matyx Agency LLC ("Matyx," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit matyx.com, contact us, or use our services. Matyx was formerly known as Lamplight Digital Media; this policy applies to both names.

The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run our services, we never sell your information, and your mobile number is never shared with anyone for marketing.

  • Contact details — name, company, email address, and phone number, when you submit a form, call us, or email us.
  • Business details — your website, service area, and anything you tell us about your goals.
  • Billing details — if you become a client, the information needed to invoice you. Payment card processing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on page, and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and analytics tools. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for or collect sensitive demographic information such as race, religion, political affiliation, or household income.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide our services.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

If you opt in to receive text messages from Matyx, we collect your phone number, message delivery and engagement data, and a record of when and how you gave consent (web form, keyword, or documented verbal consent).

  • Your mobile information is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes — under any circumstances.
  • Your consent applies to Matyx only and does not extend to any other company, consistent with the FCC's one-to-one consent rules.
  • We may share your number with telecommunications providers solely to deliver the messages you signed up for; they are bound by confidentiality and may not use it for anything else.
  • You will receive no more than 3 messages per week at the outset, and message frequency depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for assistance. You can also call (405) 442-4453.
  • We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and will not send promotional texts to registered numbers without your express consent.
  • As required by the TCPA and Campaign Registry guidelines, we keep timestamped records of opt-ins and opt-outs to demonstrate compliance.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to anyone. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — hosting, analytics, email delivery, and SMS delivery. They may use your information only to provide those services to us and must keep it confidential.
  • Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
  • A successor business, if Matyx is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — your information remains subject to this policy.

Data retention

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
